First Meeting of the Re-Established Pacific County Fair Advisory Board
The Pacific County Fair Advisory Board will hold its first meeting since its re-
establishment on Monday, 6/29/2026 at 6:00 PM. This public meeting will take place at
the Fair Office, located at 5 Fair Lane, Raymond, WA 98577. The Board was revived to
assist in developing rules and regulations to govern the orderly conduct of the annual
Pacific County Fair, engage in long-term planning for Fair programs and facilities, and
to act as an Advisory Board to the County Commissioners. The Board will be governed
by Resolution 2026-023, approved on 4/14/2026.
The Board of County Commissioners appointed the initial three primary members
to the Advisory Board on 5/26/2026. These voting-members include Pamela Allen,
Richard Boswell, Mandy Williams. Ex-Officio, non-voting members, include Colton
Nussbaum, Fair & Parks Manager, and a representative of Pacific County WSU
Extension. At this time, two alternate positions are vacant on the Advisory Board.
Apply Now! 2026 Fair Court
Applications are open now for the 2026 Fair Court! In this youth program, a Miss/Mr. Pacific County and a Little Miss/Mr. Pacific County will be crowned at Fair! These motivated individuals will compete by selling Fair buttons, partaking in an interview with County Commissioners, appearing in parades, and giving a short speech at Fair.
This program is designed to empower and support youth while providing them an opportunity to grow their skills and community involvement. Applications due by June 1st!

The Pacific County Fair is seeking applications for appointment to positions on the Fair Advisory Board. The Fair Advisory Board is responsible for assisting in developing rules and regulations to govern the orderly conduct of the annual Pacific County Fair, engage in long-term planning for Fair programs and facilities, and acts as an Advisory Board to the County Commissioners.
Alternatively, you may request an application from the Pacific County Commissioners Office, P O Box 187, South Bend, WA 98586; phone 875-9337, 642-9337, 484-7337, or 267-8337, or from the Fair Office. Applications will be accepted until positions are filled.
