Mr. Twister takes the stage as the Greatest Balloon Showman at the Pacific County Fair! Mr. Twister will also be found tying balloons around the Fairgrounds throughout the day.
Make the short trip to Menlo to see the Greatest Balloon Showman – you may even get a balloon of your own!
