Oyster Shucking Contest

Come watch, or compete in, the Willapa Grays Harbor Oyster Growers Association Oyster Shucking Contest!

On Wednesday, August 20th at 6:00pm, watch as oyster shells fly and delicious Willapa Bay Oysters are shucked.

Coming to the 2025 Fair

Cowboy Mounted Shooting event at the Pacific County Fair  Saturday Aug 23rd, 10am to 4pm. Located at the horse arena on fairgrounds.

Your entry into the fair gives you access to  watch this family fun event! Cowboy Mounted shooting is a competitive equestrian sport involving the riding of a horse to negotiate a shooting pattern.

The Pacific County Friends of the Fair Foundation 501c3 are excited to bring you this exciting event. Our mission is to improve and promote the Pacific County fairgrounds and the Pacific fair for community oriented activities including those which encourage and benefit youth, families, agriculture, veterans, education and diversity. Our foundation has worked hard over the past 10 years  to maintain the fairgrounds faculity to continue to be a multi - use community resource.


Please join us in welcoming the South Sound Mounted Shootersto the Pacific County Fair Saturday Aug 23rd 10am. Your fair entry gets you into to watch this event. We will be posting all our local Co-Sponsors next month.
